“Perfect for little Monkeys everywhere.” The main character is a cute little girl who, along with her little stuffed monkey, goes to see some animals. The reader needs to guess the animal before turning the page, based on the adorable illustrations. The story is very simple and rhythmic, and makes for a great read-aloud book. Acting out the animal moves, also makes it fun for those rambunctious toddler types (like my daughter), who are sometimes challenged to sit for a whole story. Might I add that, without giving away the ending, it is perhaps a good lead in to nap time.
