We’re overjoyed to welcome way cool, award-winning author Megan McDonald to The Children’s Book Review today. Much like her most famous character, McDonald has enjoyed a good luck streak of her own with her bestselling Judy Moody and Stink series. Don’t be fooled though, she’s worked hard to become such a talented writer.
Michaela MacColl’s award-winning books include “Prisoners in the Palace,” “Promise the Night,” and her most recent novel “Nobody’s Secret.” A former resident of France, and Russian history expert, she’s a fascinating person and such a gem to share with our TCBR readers.
Robert Wilder has published essays in Newsweek, Details, Salon, Parenting, Creative Nonfiction, Working Mother and elsewhere. Rob has been a commentator for NPR’s Morning Edition, The Madeleine Brand show, and On Point. He lives in Santa Fe with his cool family. We’re very grateful to him for sharing his all-time favorite family pick with us.
Judi is a beloved former teacher and author of a terrifically sweet and funny picture book entitled Twitch.
