A wonderful book which would be a real treasure for my grandchildren to enjoy greatly.
A great message to share with the kids in our life – learning to love yourself is important but I think it is a process that doesn’t happen overnight.
I do believe in myself now, but when I was a child I know I didn’t. This book sounds like an eye-opener for those reading it and I hope that it helps them achieve what they are looking for. One of my young nieces lost her father a couple of years ago and I know she is struggling with her identity today. I would love to win this book for her.
I can say that while growing up in foster care abusive foster care I didn’t until I ran for an office in the student body which started 7th grade which was in the late 60’s. That gave me a little then when I was out of foster care and got to live with a wonderful hard working grandma I did . I followed some of her beliefs about a woman then in my marriage I lost that but remarried and in later years got my groove back. As a former teacher and still working with children and my grandkids especially talking to my confident granddaughter who is 19 I love helping instill that needed confidence so she believes in herself as her mom wasn’t a mom so she lived with her dad and now she is 2021 princess of a city in my home state of Ca. This is one of her stands and works with many as she continues college and also works with other girls!
I am old so yes I believe in myself. But I want my great niece to grow up believing in herself. And this would be a good book for her

I would love to win this book for my daughter since last year my daughter went from a very happy, outgoing kids to a panic of not going out anymore. She started having less confidence in herself and now she is always second guessing herself and saying she can’t do things.
