What to expect: Activity Book, stickers, zoo animals
A fun activity book for children using stickers and numbered outlines.
This exciting activity book for children is a fun departure from your more common coloring books. The workbook features beautiful mosaics that create zoo favorites, including a giraffe, a rainbow frog, a snake, a koala, a peacock and more. The artistic rendering of each animal is at once easily recognizable and totally unique. The mosaics are color blocks that fit intricately together in, sometimes, mesmerizing patterns. Children will have to match numbered stickers to the corresponding spot on the outlined picture. This is excellent for improving counting skills (there are more than fifty stickers for some pictures) and matching. There’s also a problem-solving aspect with each sticker, as children must use spatial reasoning to orient the sticker in the right direction on the page.
What’s interesting about this book is its all-inclusiveness. There’s no need to bring markers or coloring crayons to complete the activities. Each outlined picture has its matching sticker sheet in the back of the book. It’s truly mess-free! Another nice addition to the book is the perforated pages, making it easy to tear out completed masterpieces and post them up around your house.
This is an excellent activity book for children who have a keen eye for color or illustration, or those with detailed and bottomless attention spans. It’s at once challenging and exciting. As they progress through the numbered stickers, the picture unfolds on the page. I also appreciated how children have to match the outline picture to the outline picture tab on the sticker pages in the back. It requires several types of problem solving skills (counting, matching, spatial reasoning) which makes this an excellent choice for an educational but fun activity book.
The price-point of the book also makes it a great value. At just under ten dollars, it has hours of fun and entertainment, more so than other activity books in similar price ranges. Highly recommended.

Sounds like fun…a question I have is how is it a rainbow frog if your going to color it? This sounds really fun.
