As a father of two, I spent many hours reading to and reading with my children. As an illustrator of children’s materials for over 25 years, I’ve always wanted to write and illustrate my own books. Downloadable eBooks and self-publishing have made that dream so much easier to achieve than in the past.
My goal is to create stories that are entertaining as well as visually and emotionally memorable. I still have images in my mind of storybooks that I read when I was a child over 45 years ago. I can only hope that some passage, some image of mine will find its way into the memory of a young reader.
